Job summary

Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Pittsburgh area is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement individualized therapy plans. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help patients reach optimal function and independence.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing plans, providing exercises and manual therapy, and coordinating care across disciplines. Document progress and participate in meetings to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments to identify PT needs and goals.
