Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Physiatrist/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to join as an on-site 1099 independent contractor in Rohnert Park, CA. The role involves treating patients in a half-day weekly or biweekly schedule and collaborating with medical and therapy teams to manage complex cases.

Responsibilities include providing PM&R services, possible EMG/NCS, and active employer communication as part of case management. A revenue-share model determines compensation for services.

Qualifications

• Must have MD/DO degree from an accredited program and be licensed to practice in the state.
• Experience with work-related injuries is preferred.
• Unrestricted DEA license is required.
• Board certification or eligibility in PM&R is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiatry/PM&R services on site as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Engage in case management and communicate with employers.
• May perform EMGs and NCS as appropriate for musculoskeletal injuries.
• Maintain professional documentation and participate in revenue-share arrangements.
