Job summary

Concentra, Inc. seeks a Physiatrist/PM&R Specialist to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor. A half-day per week or biweekly schedule supports private practice. Revenue-share compensation aligns with services rendered.

Qualifications include MD/DO, unrestricted DEA, board eligibility or certification, and state licensure. Prior work-injury experience is preferred; malpractice insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating work-related injuries.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Graduate of an MD or DO program at an accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Medical malpractice insurance coverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physiatry services on site as an independent contractor.
• Treat medically complex patients and assist in case management.
• Coordinate with employers and therapy providers; may include EMGs/NCS.
