Job summary

Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Physiatrist to join on-site as a 1099 independent contractor in Oakland, CA. The role involves a ~4-hour shift per week or biweekly, with collaboration among medical staff and therapy teams to manage musculoskeletal injuries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance while on site.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients on site for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.
• Collaborate with medical and therapy providers to manage cases and facilitate return to work.
• Communicate with employers and participate in case management and coordination of care.
