Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist in Cedar Park, TX for a 3-month contract. Onsite role requiring blood collection, patient interaction, and careful sample handling in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The position expects 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, with state credentials where required and willingness to cover multiple locations as needed. Benefits include medical, vision, dental and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• YES — State Credentials/Licenses Required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform with confidence phlebotomy, specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and initials post-venipuncture to ensure tubes are labeled correctly.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients and staff.
