Job summary

Groundworks in Orlando, FL is seeking a Centralized Permit Coordinator to drive permitting from application through final closure. You will collaborate with municipalities, engineers, homeowners and internal teams to keep projects moving and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with permitting, municipal processes, inspections, construction administration, or related functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and maintain permit applications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate permit approvals, revisions, inspections, and permit closeout activities.
• Work with municipalities, inspectors, engineers, homeowners, and internal teams to obtain required approvals.
• Schedule inspections and maintain accurate permit records and status updates.
• Identify aging or at-risk permits and drive resolutions.
