You will handle day-to-day HR matters, coaching leaders, managing employee relations and disciplinary actions while aligning with policy and local law.

• Operational HR experience in production or logistics environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
• Experience with HRIS and data-driven site performance.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement.
