Job summary

You will document findings, collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve yield and reduce defects, and assist with calibration and maintenance of test equipment while adhering to ESD and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with soldering and rework on thru-hole and surface mount components.
• Strong component-level troubleshooting and fault isolation skills.
• Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, logic analyzers).
• Experience calibrating and maintaining test equipment.
• Effective documentation and communication with engineering and production teams.
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and test procedures.
• Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards and ESD practices.
• Previous PCB debug or electronics manufacturing role; related certification/assoc degree helpful.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues on printed circuit board assemblies.
