Qualifications

• Strong hand soldering skills for thru-hole and SMT components per IPC standards.
• Experience reading schematics and assembly drawings.
• Attention to detail and following standardized manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with electrical engineering concepts related to PCB assembly, testing, or rework is beneficial.
• IPC certification is a plus and prior electronics contract manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect boards and identify defects.
• Perform touch-up and rework on PCBs (component level).
• Interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Use microscopes and rework tools to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and support timely delivery.
