Qualifications

• Hands-on BGA rework: removal, reballing, replacement.
• Experience with surface-mount and thru-hole assemblies.
• Follows IPC quality standards; documents rework.
• Reads PCB layouts, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• ESD-safe workmanship; safety procedures.
• Troubleshoots soldering issues and thermal profiles.

Responsibilities
