Role Description

The Test & Troubleshooting Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Fremont, CA, responsible for testing and diagnosing issues in electronic assemblies and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating test equipment, performing functional and in-circuit tests, documenting results, and identifying root causes of failures at the component and board level. The technician will perform hands-on troubleshooting, assist with calibration and verification of test setups, and work closely with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions. The role includes reading and interpreting schematics, following detailed work instructions, maintaining test fixtures and equipment, and supporting continuous improvement of test processes. This position requires adherence to quality standards, safe work practices, and timely completion of testing to meet production schedules.
