Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner helping brands design, build, and deliver innovative products. We are seeking a skilled technician to troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies at the component level in a fast-paced setting.

You will operate oscilloscopes and other test equipment, provide guidance to colleagues, and collaborate with engineering on issues and updates. Training and documentation duties are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Able to troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical assemblies.
• Proficient with electronic test equipment and procedures.
• Ability to write reports, procedures, and training materials.
• Provide technical guidance to other technicians and teams.
• Capable of training others on PCBA debugging.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs complex mechanical and electrical assemblies at the component level.
• Operates electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes) and conducts specialized tests.
• Provides technical guidance to other technical personnel.
• Collaborates with engineering on functionality issues and procedures updates.
• Presents training to build and service assembler teams.
• Develops and maintains work instructions, logs, and material specs.
