Snap-on is seeking a Payroll Processor to join the Corporate Payroll department at the Kenosha, WI headquarters. You will process payrolls for multiple US locations, handle garnishments and tax levies, and audit data prior to processing.

You will collaborate with HR, reconcile payroll accounts, and generate reports for business leaders. Candidates should have 1–2 years of payroll administration experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years administrative payroll or related accounting experience.
• Experience with payroll software, preferably ADP Enterprise.
• Strong data entry and Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and customer service oriented.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process payrolls for multiple US locations.
• Process garnishments, child support, and tax levies per law.
• Perform audits of payroll data before processing.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to validate information.
• Enter payroll summaries on weekly worksheets and reconcile accounts.
• Create monthly/periodic reports for leaders and finance.
• Prepare manual checks when needed and respond to inquiries.
• Handle employment and wage verification requests.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
