Job summary

This onsite role reports to the Center Administrator, requires HIPAA compliance, BLS, and MA training or 3+ years experience, and offers competitive benefits and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Intake & Clinical Rooming: intake including medication and allergy verification, patient history documentation, and validated screenings (e.g., PHQ-2, Fall Risk).
• Inbox & Worklist Management: manage the EMR inbox with routing rules for patient messages, lab results, and medication adherence follow-ups, aiming for same-day touch.
• Education & Loop-Back: ensure patients understand next steps by having them repeat instructions in their own words.
