My Health Onsite seeks a Patient Service Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-ins, and coordinate medical records at our Wesley Chapel site. You will assist with scheduling, referrals, and communications to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires experience in medical settings, EMR familiarity, and strong computer skills. A collaborative, patient-focused team player is essential to support our onsite health services and patient care goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a medical setting with an EMR.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Friendly, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a cheerful demeanor.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and care information.
• Coordinate and track release of patient records.
• Coordinate referrals to imaging and providers.
• Review daily/weekly patient schedules for accuracy.
• Prepare correspondence between providers and patients.
• Provide information and assistance to patients.
• Handle scheduling, phone calls, scanning and faxing.
