Job summary

UCHealth Eye Center Anschutz in Aurora, Colorado is seeking an onsite Call Center Associate to handle patient registrations, scheduling and information flow. You will verify insurance, quote co-pays and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experience.

The role is full-time, days shift, 80 hours per pay period, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education: High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients, schedules appointments, procedures and testing.
• Obtain insurance and demographic information and verify guarantor information.
• Explain financial requirements to patients, quoting co-pays, self-pay and coinsurance as required.
• Ensure communication services for hearing impaired and non-English speaking patients are initiated.
• Educate patients on the My Health Connection tool and ensure accuracy of information.
