The role reports to the manager of patient access and includes training during onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of in-person customer service, prior supervisory experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Experience working as a supervisor/manager or team lead.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work a 4-day work week, from 11 am to 9:30 pm, Tue–Fri.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at 489 State St, Bangor, ME 04401.
• Full Flu vaccination is an essential job function.

Aufgaben

• Ensures adequate phone coverage and serves as primary liaison with after-hours service.
• Reviews and approves PTO requests for all staff under supervision.
• Continuously monitors staff attendance and task performance.
• Conducts at least quarterly 1:1 meetings with staff.
• Sets daily priorities to meet department timelines and guidelines.
• Produces reports related to non-clinical tasks as needed.
• Develops plans to meet short- and long-term department needs.
• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes.
• Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and supervisor guidance.
• Acts as primary liaison with supervisors in other areas (Continuity of Care, Member Services, IS).
• Product, service or process decisions impact internal/external customers.
