Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Maine seeks a Patient Access Manager to oversee daily registration operations and support revenue cycle initiatives across multiple sites. You will lead registration teams, partner with integrated departments to improve workflows, and ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and performance metrics.

Onsite work at Ellsworth and Blue Hill locations with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading a public-facing team of 15+ direct reports
• 4+ years of experience with scheduling functionality, workflows, and performance benchmarks
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft applications, including the ability to train or support end users
• Proven solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate outcomes
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work variable hours based on team needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work onsite at either designated location: Maine Coast: 50 Union St., Ellsworth, ME and Blue Hill: 57 Water St. Blue Hill, ME
