• Explain Consent for Treatment, Financial Liability, and HIPAA and obtain signed forms.
• Instruct patients to complete required questionnaires by physicians.
• Schedule follow-ups, cancellations, and edits; record no-shows accurately.
• Reconcile vouchers and deliver to designated area.
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries or transfer as needed.
• Adhere to University and unit policies and safeguard assets.
