Responsibilities

• Registers patients for clinical services on-site and verifies information.
• Obtains insurance cards, driver’s license, and referrals when required.
• Explains Consent for Treatment, Financial Liability, and HIPAA and collects signed forms.
• Instructs patients to complete any required questionnaires by physicians.
• Schedules follow-up, cancels, edits appointments, and records no-shows accurately.
• Reconciles vouchers and delivers them to the designated area.
• Answers calls and transfers inquiries as needed.
• Adheres to University policies and safeguards assets.
