Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join on-site at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, FL. This entry-level role pays $17.00–$18.15 per hour based on experience and offers bonus incentives, tuition reimbursement, and certification support.

You will perform admitting duties for all admitted patients, verify insurance and eligibility, collect demographic information, obtain signatures on consent forms, and provide compassionate, patient-focused service

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to AI-enabled processes.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and perform associated front-desk duties.
• Assign MRNs and perform medical necessity/compliance checks.
• Collect insurance information and patient demographics; process physician orders.
• Explain general consent forms and obtain required signatures.
• Review eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and clean claim rate.
