• Willingness to adopt AI to improve processes and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Review uninsured/under-insured patients for eligibility opportunities.
• Coordinate the application process and gather required documents.
• Follow-up on submissions to ensure timely processing and posting.
• Document actions in patient accounting systems.
• Collaborate with Medicaid caseworkers and other departments.
