You will perform admitting duties, collect insurance information, and ensure accurate demographics and patient instructions, while delivering exceptional service to patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid).
• 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services.
• Assign MRNs, verify insurance, collect demographics and payment information.
• Explain consent forms and provide patient education documents and materials.
• Screen for medical necessity using ABN software and support POS billing processes.
