You will handle MRNs, insurance data, patient education, ABN screening, and POS collections with a focus on compassionate, accurate service. This is an on-site, full-time position with growth opportunities.

• Willingness to explore AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs, complete medical necessity/compliance checks, collect insurance info, receive/process physician orders, and use an overlay tool while delivering excellent customer service.
• Operate the telephone switchboard to relay calls.
• Adhere to policies and provide compassionate customer service.
• Meet point of service goals as assigned.
• Use auditing and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and provide data to leadership.
