Responsabilidades

• Register patients and pre-register accounts prior to visits.
• Verify demographics and insurance information; enter benefit data.
• Explain consent forms and provide patient education materials.
• Assist with POS collections and payment plan options.
• Operate the switchboard and route calls; deliver compassionate service.
• Audit accounts and ensure timely, accurate documentation for compliance.
