Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to AI to explore better processes.
• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Process patient access duties including MRN assignment and eligibility checks.
• Screen for medical necessity using ABN software and communicate with patients.
• Obtain signatures and distribute consent forms and education materials.
• Assist with pre-registration and POS collections and balance past due accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate account data for audits.
