Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance or call center preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft applications is required.
• Ability to balance numerous priorities and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated understanding of IT to collaborate with the IT department on system needs.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI to improve processes and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage admissions, registration, and financial services operations at acute care locations.
• Ensure accurate MRNs, medical necessity checks, patient instructions, insurance data, and orders.
• Supervise Financial Service Representatives and maintain proper accounting processes.
• Develop staffing plans, monthly reporting, and departmental goals to improve performance.
• Coordinate scheduling and cross-department collaboration to meet revenue cycle goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance interventions as needed.
