Job summary

You will collect insurance information, verify eligibility, collect demographics, and explain consent forms while delivering compassionate customer service and ensuring regulatory compliance. Prior healthcare access experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction.

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Complete demographic, insurance, and other patient information"
• Explain general consent forms and obtain signatures.
• Review eligibility responses and support POS/billing processes for clean claims.
• Pre-register patient accounts and handle point-of-service collections and payment plans.
