Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Associate Specialist to support first point of contact with patients, verify information, process orders, and ensure accuracy while delivering excellent service.

This on-site PRN role at RSFH - Roper Hospital in Charleston requires at least a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, and CRCR certification within 6 months; compensation is hourly with benefits and opportunities for certifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographics prior to visits.
• Perform medical necessity/compliance checks and verify insurance details.
• Distribute and explain patient education documents and consent forms.
• Explain ABN forms to Medicare patients and document signatures.
• Assist with POS collections and balance day-to-day cash handling.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting.
