Qualifications

• Experience leading onsite/ multi-site Patient Access operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all onsite Patient Access operations at Hartford, CT.
• Lead and develop staff to achieve high levels of customer service and financial performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to reduce denials and improve throughput.
• Coordinate with inpatient and outpatient departments to ensure smooth patient registration and authorization workflows.
• Serve as liaison for system issues and provide staff training and guidance.
