Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years in patient access, pre-service or registration.
• Ability to obtain HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support patient access workflows aligned with leadership.
• May lead a small team and mentor staff.
• Coordinate operational, technical and clerical support to improve patient flow and department efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on policy development and process improvement.
