Ensemble Health Partners in Kilmarnock, VA, is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to perform admitting duties for all patients at Bon Secours - Rappahannock General Hospital. This on-site role requires accurate MRN assignment, insurance verification, and clear patient communication to support a smooth registration and care process.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service experience, is open to AI-enabled processes, and can complete CRCR certification within 9 months.

Competenze

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Admit patients and perform pre-registration duties at Bon Secours - Rappahannock General Hospital.
• Assign MRNs, verify eligibility, collect insurance information, and document details.
• Explain and obtain necessary patient signatures and education forms.
• Operate the hospital telephone switchboard and provide courteous service.
• Ensure accurate auditing, reporting, and compliance with audit standards.
