Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Specialist to perform admitting duties for hospital patients. You will collect insurance information, explain consent forms, and support point-of-service collections while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role is on-site at a Green Bay hospital, with two 12-hour shifts and an on-call weekend rotation. Minimum education is a high school diploma with CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Handle patient access tasks including admitting duties and enrolling patients.
• Operate the hospital switchboard and route calls professionally.
• Explain consent forms and collect signatures as required.
• Ensure POS collections and pre-registration information is accurate.
• Review eligibility and enter insurance benefit data to support billing.
