Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at Meadowbrook, PA. You will identify nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and enhance quality of life for patients/residents, with a typical schedule of 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities include educating the care team, adhering to standards, and contributing to continuous quality improvement in a hospital/healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition is required (prior to 2024).
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field required.
• Passed the national exam by the CDR or eligible per Academy requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients and staff.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop procedures related to dining and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024)
