Job summary

Crafty is seeking a Food & Beverage Associate in the South Bay for an on-site, full-time role in San Jose. You will manage client kitchens, handle merchandising, inventory, and maintenance on equipment like coffee machines and kegerators, while delivering high-quality customer service.

This position requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork to support two San Francisco clients. The role operates Monday to Friday, 7am–4pm, with compensation at $24 per hour and a comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client offices and pantries, manage storage, perform expiration checks and rotations.
• Customer Service: engage with clients and Crafty teammates to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: perform routine maintenance on machines, run quality checks, complete inventory tasks.
• Communication: report location needs or safety concerns to manager and complete pre/post route paperwork.
