Job summary

Crafty seeks an Associate to lead on-site pantry operations for our San Francisco client. You’ll merchandise, maintain inventory, handle equipment, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced office setting.

You’ll coordinate with a manager and team to keep kitchens stocked, safe, and welcoming, with strong emphasis on communication and reliability. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with an hourly compensation of $24, plus benefits such as healthcare, 401k, PTO, and training opportunities.

• Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client offices' kitchens and pantries and manage storage rooms with expiration checks and rotations.
• Customer Service: engage with clients and Crafty team on site to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: routine maintenance on machines, quality checks, inventory tasks and budgeting.
• Communication: escalate location needs or safety concerns and complete pre/post route paperwork.
