Job summary

Vericast, onsite in Jeffersonville, IN, is seeking a detail-oriented team player to manage outsourced workflows, pricing and order verification. You will coordinate with vendors, handle invoicing and shipping issues, and maintain order accuracy in MINQ and Autobatch systems.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, math and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle increased sales responsibilities while delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be a team player and work well under pressure.
• Demonstrate ability to take on increased sales responsibility.
• Demonstrate performance in sales, production, account management, leadership and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Mark up orders and check MICR specs.
• Review all order information and verify outsourced orders.
• Enter outsourced orders via Autobatch and MINQ.
• Communicate with venders and internal departments.
• Complete daily logs/reports; faxing and ordering tasks.
• Price quotes and manage holds in MINQ.
