Qualifications

• 3 years in Inventory Control.
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with vendor compliance program a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and manage daily department operations.
• Manage employees and all compliance functions of the distribution center.
• Coordinate the daily processing of compliance reporting.
• Monitor payroll of staff.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Ensure employees are trained on departmental procedures and identify training needs.
• Partner with the team to transfer duties to Capstone.
• Handle employee relations with leadership and HR.
• Maintain equipment and 5S housekeeping.
