Job summary

Vericast, onsite in Jeffersonville, IN, is seeking a detail-oriented team player to manage outsourced workflows, pricing and order verification. You will coordinate with vendors, handle invoicing and shipping issues, and maintain order accuracy in MINQ and Autobatch systems.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, math and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle increased sales responsibilities while delivering quality service.

Job Summary

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Computer experience (Excel or Windows) preferred
• Knowledge of paper types and inks also a bonus
• A complete knowledge of plant produced products and check-side products produced a plus

Experience

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as strong math and organizational skills
• Must be a team player and work well under pressure
• Demonstrate a proven ability to take on increased sales responsibility
• Demonstration of exceptional performance in the areas of: sales, production, account management, leadership and professionalism

Additional Information

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM
• Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 DOE

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
