Job summary

Vericast is seeking an on-site Associate/Coordinator in Jeffersonville, IN to manage outsourced orders, invoicing and shipping issues. You will mark up orders, check MICR specs and verify orders via Autobatch, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, math and organizational skills, with daily tasks involving logging, quoting and price entry. Benefits begin after 30 days and hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20 DOE.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Computer experience (Excel or Windows) preferred
• Knowledge of paper types and inks also a bonus
• A complete knowledge of plant produced products and check-side products produced a plus

EXPERIENCE

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; as well as strong math and organizational skills
• Must be a team player and work well under pressure
• Demonstrate a proven ability to take on increased sales responsibility
• Demonstration of exceptional performance in the areas of: sales, production, account management, leadership and professionalism
