Flex Rehab Solutions in Reno, Nevada, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, onsite role at our outpatient facility. The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually and a chance to impact patient recovery and quality of life.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, educate patients on home programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while utilizing modalities and maintaining diligent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Current Nevada state licensure or eligibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in documenting with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises tailored to conditions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs to support recovery.
• Utilize modalities such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound to aid healing.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain organized equipment.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Provide emotional support and uphold patient confidentiality.
