Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall physical functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises tailored to their specific conditions, ensuring they understand proper techniques for maximum recovery benefit.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs that supplement their rehabilitation, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.
• Utilize various modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on data-driven assessments.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure all equipment is organized, accessible, and ready for therapy sessions to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
