Job summary

Ultipro seeks a Physical Therapist for full-time, on-site care in South Lake Tahoe, CA. You will assess, plan, and implement physical therapy for patients across ages, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.

The role requires a PT degree with active licensure in CA or NV, CPR/BLS, and outpatient rehab experience. Two years’ experience is preferred; duties include evaluation, plan of care, documentation, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a degree and licensure.
• Doctorate/masters/baccalaureate in Physical Therapy and passing of licensure exam.
• Current PT licenses in CA or NV, with ability to obtain others within specified months.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluations and plan of care per standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with team.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure quality care.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean rehabilitation environment.
• Provide coverage for shifts as needed, including travel to locations.
