Flex Rehab Solutions in Reno, Nevada is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic on a full-time, on-site basis. You will deliver rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize recovery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, Nevada licensure or eligibility, at least one year of outpatient experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• At least one year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Current Nevada state licensure or eligibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises for mobility and strength.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
• Apply modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and thermal therapy.
• Document progress and adjust plans based on data.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Provide emotional support and motivate patients throughout recovery.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
