Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow call scripts and communication guidelines while maintaining a professional and engaging approach.
• Schedule appointments and provide information regarding products, services, or programs.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and route calls as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and results.
