Job summary

Alliant Energy is seeking an onsite Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end outage planning and complex maintenance events at Emery and Marshalltown Generation Facilities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with PMP certification (preferred) and at least five years of project management experience in medium to large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 5 years of experience managing medium to large sized, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply PMI-based methodologies to deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Define project needs, resources, costs, timelines and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate status to stakeholders.
