Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Ten years of plant experience, including four years in a senior technical/leadership role or as a construction and outage project manager.
• Preference will be given to candidates with utility experience or turbine overhaul project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads major project plans, coordinates outage tasks and capital investments to meet time frames and budgets.
• Coordinates construction projects at various power plant locations and leads cross-functional teams to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manages contracts and mentors junior project managers to develop skills in budgeting and scheduling.
