Pella Corporation seeks an Order Verification Specialist to ensure timely verification of replacement orders in the Parsippany area. The role emphasizes accurate site/product details and clear installation guidance for homeowners, with potential to assist in recovery tasks to maintain high customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, hourly, onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, covering the Parsippany-Ocean County region.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction or handyman work is preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills are required.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete order verification promptly for replacement orders in assigned area (virtual and in person).
• Gather accurate job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation processes to homeowners.
• Assist with installation recovery work as needed and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
