Pella Corporation is seeking an Order Verification Specialist to ensure timely verification of replacement orders, gather accurate site and product requirements, and clearly communicate installation steps to homeowners. Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction applications and terminology.
• Experience with power tools is preferred.
• Remodeling/window and door replacement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fully knowledgeable on all aspects of the Order Verification Process.
• Timely execution of the Order Verification process.
• Communicates with customers as a professional Pella representative on job-sites.
• Sets realistic homeowner expectations about the installation process.
• Performs job-site inspections and documentation to assist installation teams.
• Ensures safety rules are followed during verification.
