Pella Corporation is seeking an Order Verification Specialist in New Jersey to ensure timely verification of replacement orders, both virtual and on-site. You will gather accurate job site and product requirements and explain installation steps to homeowners to set realistic expectations.

Ideal candidates have construction or handyman knowledge, strong communication and time management skills, with window and door installation experience as a plus; a valid driver’s license is required.

Job description

The Order Verification Specialist will be charged with the timely completion of the order verification process, (virtual and in person), for each replacement order in his/her assigned area of responsibility. The primary function of this position is to gather correct job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with our homeowner customers. This position may also assist with installation recovery work as needed. Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers. This is a full-time, hourly paid, onsite role with a traditional weekday work schedule Monday - Friday 7am-4:30pm. This role will primarily cover Parsippany - Ocean Country area. The ideal candidate will have construction or handyman knowledge, good communication, and time management skills. Prior window and door installation experience is a plus! This role requires a good standing driver's license.
